Yes, it's necessary to log into your Negony.com account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is easy & fast and also provides security on our site.

You'll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations,most viewed product and easy check-out.

We accept all bank debit & credit card, UPI, wallet & cash on delivery 

Items marked as 'Preorder' are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them with sellers. Preorder shipping is easy and secured. 

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days but it depends on location and situation of the area .  We are working our best to deliver your product early as possible.  

We take return of all product if request is made within 10 days.  

How do I track my order?

To know the current status of your order please log into your account on negony.com and go to MY ORDERS section. Click on View Tracking History next to the order that you wish to track.

How do I place a cancellation request on negony.com?

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1)      Find your order on in the MY ORDERS section on our website or app.

       2) Click on the Cancel link against the order you wish to cancel.

       3) Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details Once the cancellation request is              created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order anytime before it is delivered?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. Visit MY ORDERS and click on Cancel against the relevant item. Enter the reason for cancellation and submit.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:

  • Non-availability of the product(s)
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
  • Problems identified by our fraud detection department

We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

How would I get the refund, When I paid cash on delivery?

You will receive the refund in your FreeCharge Account as FreeCharge Balance* OR your bank account via a NEFT transfer. For a NEFT transfer we require the following details:

  • Bank name
  •  Bank account number
  • Account holder's name
  •  Branch address
  •  IFSC code

Remember, refund for payment done using SD Cash will only be made to your FreeCharge Account as FreeCharge Balance. FreeCharge Balance can be used to shop for your favourite products on negony.com. You can also easily transfer this Balance to your bank account without paying any extra charge. *Subject to FreeCharge Account limits as prescribed by RBI.
